Importing, Exporting, Sharing and Printing Cards

Benkyo Box supports importing cards from various formats, including text, PDF, CSV, images, folders and Benkyo Box archives.

The main import methods are:

  1. Text files and PDFs. Text can be reviewed in the Quick Entry editor before importing. PDFs can be selected for card extraction with Advanced Learner.
  2. CSV files with column titles
  3. Folders:
  • with images only - filenames are used as card questions
  • with CSV and images - Works like importing a CSV, but it can reference images in the folder

Benkyo Box can export shareable .bboxarchive archives, print cards, and export cards as PDF.
